I'm gong to have a good day!

Visualizing what I want for today:

1. Getting in all my clear liquids and milk (64+ oz in total) without excess gassiness.
2. Getting in 30 mins or more of walking (also without excess gassiness, lol)
3. Celebrating Father's Day with my awesome family (I did my shopping before my surgery - gold star for thinking ahead!)
4. Resting as needed.

Go**** just does not sound that complicated when I write it down.

I will be happiest if the "bear trapped in a volcano in my belly" all settles down. My family is using my stomach racket as a source of entertainment.

You have a good plan.  They had us walking 10 minutes every hour we were awake.  Sipping that fluid 1oz every 15 minutes, every 15 minutes during waking hours.  I also used Gas-X.

Keep walking, resting, getting fluids and getting better.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
