What's Your Workout Today VSGers - Tuesday!
Workout #1 - Orange Theory Class:
Warmup 50 jumping jacks, 30 body weight squats
3 sets of these
- Lunges with weights
- Dumbell Press, alternating hands
- Bent over Row, alternating hands
- Dumbell Burpees
20 minutes run/walk on the treadmill
800, 600, 400, 200 meters rower with 15 pushups and 15 squats in between each segment
This one is DONE!
Workout #2 this afternoon:
135lb Squats (4 sets 10 reps each)
Leg Extensions (4 sets 10 reps each)
Calf Raises (4 sets 10 reps each)
Lat Pulldowns (4 sets 10 reps each)
Seated Row (4 sets 10 reps each)
Barbell Curl (doing 21s today 4 sets 21 reps each, top curl, lower curl, full motion curl 7 each)
Dumbell Curl
I had to switch up my workout for last night because I went foodshopping right after work and wanted to make dinner, too. So I did my treadmill for 60 minutes, then handweights/body squats/lunges.
Tonight, again, I'm trying to squeeze in tons of stuff....Wed & Thurs I definitely want to go to the gym since I love the classes, so I think I'll walk tonight (outside if nice). I need to get a mani/pedi...I have a wedding this Friday night.
Ok, this is a rambling post that has litte to do with exercise...sorry! Lol!

I REALLY plan to start a weight program soon. I want to train for a half Marathon and weight train to balance my cardio, get stronger and tone up. I'm putting this off because we leave for vacation Friday and when we get back we move to our new house. So...I keep pushing this back..... cant start until mid July.
