I don't have anything planned for me this week. Maybe a haircut.

It may sound silly but I took a late night run yesterday just because I needed to be alone.  I worked 9 hours, spent4 at church with a lot of kids, put my 2 in bed, and then got once my running gear just to be FREE!  It was great.  I never would do that over sleep before.  I knew I needed me time and I took it over talking with my hubby.  But when I got home he was still awake and we still got our talk.  Great times!  Love my sleeved life!

I'm going on a cruise tomorrow!  I'm down 100 lbs, and my best friend is down 75, so we're celebrating.

I noticed you were posting awfully early this morning. I took some melatonin the other night and actually did get a good night's sleep.

I know this might sound weird but my husband recently read an article about the effect of BLUE lights (like from your tv) affect your sleeping.  Our cable box in our bedroom has this FREAKISHLY bright little blue light.  After reading the article, my husband has made an effort to put something in front of the blue light before we go to sleep each night.  It has REALLY made a difference in my sleeping!  So much so that the other night he forgot to block the blue light and I was tossing and turning ALL night long...seriously, worst night of sleep EVER.  So now I make sure to bark an order at him to block the damn blue light every night LOL

band to sleeve revision and loving life!

You do you, and I'll do me

I read something once about how the light from TVs and phones, etc. keeps us awake because it prevents our bodies from producing melatonin. That blue light would drive me crazy!
