What's Your Workout Today VSGers - Thursday!
I have two today, one is already done. I hurt my back doing squats the other day, so I am not quite 100% just yet.
Workout #1 - Orange Theory. I did:
125 squats with 2 20# dumbells
50+ pushups and 40 presses and 20 pushup dumbell rows (freaking hard when you have no core strength)
25 minutes walk/run on the treadmill
10 minutes rowing machine
Calories burned:493 (my back was pinching a bit so I had to take it easy)
Workout #2
Shuttle Run Warmup
Bench Press (4 sets 10 reps each)
Overhead Shoulder press (4 sets 10 reps each)
Standing Barbell Row (4 sets 10 reps each)
Bent over Shoulder flys (4 sets 10 reps each)
Tricep Pushdowns (4 sets 10 reps each)
20 burpees
4 sets of shuttle runs (2 left touch, 2 right touch)
I have a 5k coming up and I haven't been running as much as I would like so I may try to go do a mile or 2 tonight if my back survives work out #2.
