I am pretty sure no matter how may squats I do my butt will NEVER  look like that!!!! 

Getting sleeved July 12th, so I have been "lurking" around, just wanted to say I enjoy your posts!!!

If I tried to squat at this point in the game, I might just fall over and be like that elderly lady "help I fallen and I can't get up"

Is there a low impact squat?

Get someone to help you back. Squats are low impact they just take a lot of muscles. Here is how you can start and you are already doing them. Put a kitchen chair in the middle of the room. Sit down and as soon as you butt hits the chair stand up quickly. That's called a bump squat. 

Heres another challenge. When you are watching TV during each commercial break stand up and sit down on your sofa repeatedly until the commercial break is over. Get at least 30 of those. In one 30 min sitcom you could easily hit 100.
