I still do my squats in the bathroom when I take pee breaks at work.  And NO, not that kind of squat!!!!

And I air box.  Yes, you can work out at work!!!

OK, on a more serious note, not that I don't really enjoy the exercise porn, but, I need to tell you guys my story with squats.  The truth is that my behind was always huge.  I would leave the room and my behind would still be crossing the room, big.  After I lost weight and had plastics, I was really surprised to find out that I had almost nothing left.  When I asked my plastic surgeon if anything could be done, his answer was, " I don't know what you are talking about, you now have a normal white skinny girl butt".  I didn't think so, but there it was.  Fast forward to about a year ego, I started getting into weights and my trainer started insisting on squats and lunges.  My butt doesn't quite measure up to the picture you posted, but.....it's pretty good.  I fill out a pair of jeans quite nicely now, thank you.  The squats really did make a huge difference.

I believe in squats.  My butt has never looked better, and I am not even at goal. Every once in a while I take a double-take in the mirror. Done correctly, there is nothing better for the lower body.
