What"s Your Workout Today VSGers? - Saturday

I do 30 minutes spinning or turbo jam 4 x a week, almost always. Sometimes I do Insanity. 4 days a week squats, lunges, pushups, and burpees in alternating 2 minute sets.
Today is one of my off days but I'm still going to do
2 minute set squats double time
2 minute set lunges double time
2 minute set pushups double time
2 minute set burpees double time
20 min bike ride.
I participated in an open water swim race. I was the only one in my age group so I was excited because I thought I might win a ribbon. But then they said they weren't doing age group awards for that distance. (There weren't enough people to justify it, I guess.) Bummer!
I did beat this one guy in my club even though I started out by almost drowning (I swallowed water-dumb) and he wasn't happy. I love making the younger guys mad by beating their asses. Sucks to be them!
