I'm a lazy mofo & it shows (dammit!) but I'm going to at least try to start up my 2 walks a day on my morning & afternoon breaks. They help clear my head & just make me feel better.
Yes, and how about once an hour stand up and sit down from your desk chair 10 times. (in an 8 hour day thats 80 squats!). And get at least 1 walk in with no exception!
