What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Monday
After taking a couple of days off to heal my lower back I think I am ready to pour it on today. Today I have:
Shuttle Run warmup
Bench Press (4 sets of 10 reps each) - May go heavy today so may end up being fewer reps
Overhead Press (4 sets of 10 reps each) - probably going lower weight today to baby my back a bit longer
Standing Row (4 sets of 10 reps each) - going heavy today
Tricep Pushdown (4 sets of 10 reps each) - going heavy today
20 burpees
Shuttle Runs - 4 sets (2 left/2right)
Running after the sun goes down, have a 5k on Saturday night (Neon Vibe Baby!)
