After taking a couple of days off to heal my lower back I think I am ready to pour it on today. Today I have:

Shuttle Run warmup

Bench Press (4 sets of 10 reps each) - May go heavy today so may end up being fewer reps

Overhead Press (4 sets of 10 reps each) - probably going lower weight today to baby my back a bit longer

Standing Row (4 sets of 10 reps each) - going heavy today

Tricep Pushdown (4 sets of 10 reps each) - going heavy today

20 burpees

Shuttle Runs - 4 sets (2 left/2right)

 

Running after the sun goes down, have a 5k on Saturday night (Neon Vibe Baby!)

My morning workout changed, I did squats, leg extensions, calf raises, lat pulldowns, seated rows, barbell curls and dumbell curls, oh and I did 10 pushups this morning

Still planning on running tonight. I am going to do 8 minute runs with 2 minute walks for 3.1 miles tonight.

While you're at it, come up with a way for cupcakes to be nutritionally dense so I can sit on my but****ching Scandal burning calories while consuming cupcakes that are as good for me as kale but still taste like a cupcake :)  That is my dream!

Walking 1/2 hour at lunch time (brought my sneakers to work) and going to gym right from work.....3:30 baby!  I'll be doing light cardio/weights today.

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

Make sure to do weights first at the gym. Always weights then cardio last.
