Personal trainer called and canceled tonight's WO so I am on my own.
No problem, I got this.
Tonight, upper body. Chest, shoulders, back, biceps. Need to add in some abs so thinking planks and crunchs.
Then 30 mins cardio to finish off.
Burn baby, Burn!!
