Treadmill and Smash (finished Scandal on Monday).  I'm not squatting today.  You will just have to deal with that ;)

I plan to whip out my Billy Blanks Tae Bo DVD.  Only 30 minutes but I gotta do something!!  I think I'm gonna go straight for the advanced routine!!!

Personal trainer called and canceled tonight's WO so I am on my own. 

No problem, I got this. 

Tonight, upper body.  Chest, shoulders, back, biceps. Need to add in some abs so thinking planks and crunchs.

Then 30 mins cardio to finish off.

Burn baby, Burn!!

plan to walk my neighborhood later.  It's a great neighborhood for walking, but I haven't done it yet. I see plenty of people out every morning and evening.
