Sooo, anyone have any recommendations for my tailbone?

I don't do stuff in the water because my skin is so sensitive, but maybe I could just fold up my towel. I doubt anyone would even notice - the workouts are so intense and focused, I never notice what other people are doing :) I'll definitely look into hot pads. I was even thinking of cutting up like a piece of foam and taping it there. The things I'm willing to do in the name of fitness. Haha

No, the intervals are very quick with little to no down time in between stations. I think I can probably try just folding my towel. There's not a ton of floor work that affects this area, so I don't want to drag a yoga mat there and back every time I hit the station bc of lack of time for it. This a super bare bones gym :)

I wear a SI joint belt. It has the cushion for the tailbone. I have back and tailbone issues and waiting to see a surgeon and want the damn tailbone removed. Not sure if that is an option or not but I can't sit no more, painful tailbone issues and when I sit the pressure on tailbone hits a herniated disc in my back. No fun, only allowed to walk flat surfaces for a max of 20 mins. Generally just spend all my time laying in bed.
