My Position on "Starvation Mode"
Dang it, I so want to respond to this, it always makes me itch, but I don't have time, I have a client in 30 min. and I just finished doing my workout. Argh... Interesting points that remind me of a book I just finished reading called, "Why Calories Count." If you're looking to expand your knowledge on these issues, it's a pretty good read. A little scientific, but will satisfy your tastes for more...also, not another diet book. I'm thinking some of you have probably already read it :-)
