Pretty Frees!! I'm rewarding myself with a new pair next month!

Med ball wood chops
Planks
Assisted pull ups

DH & I are meeting some friends for the batting cages then dinner later this evening.

And thanks for mentioning stretching - I really need to get better at that, I don't do it regularly and it truly does make a huge difference!

4 mile walk with the hubby and about an hour on the eliptical.  More than my normal for  a day, but was just enjoying the movement!

Regular Saturday ride: 45 miles, 2400 ft elev gain, avg speed 17.9 mph.  Home by 10!  It is spectacular weather here in the Pacific Northwest!
