76 degrees out is sweater weather.
I know it is common for us who are post op to get cold easily. But seriously, today I went to go throw on a hoodie and then realized it was 76 degrees out. Crazy. Pre op, I would be dying from heat and hated anything over 70 degrees. 90 was just miserable beyond words when combined with the Michigan humidity that lingers at times. Now, 86 feels comfortable. Just so crazy the difference!

I started freezing pretty much out of the gate. My husband also was getting cold easy... he was on a diet to support me and lost more and faster than I did without surgery during the first 4 months. We were FREEZING together. I am not quite as cold as I used to be, but still totally not normal. Other folks, for example, who ride in my car that have always been a normal weight find the temperature oppressive in the Winter and I have to turn the heat down significantly. Summer heat just doesn't phase me now, although the humidity bugs me still.

This post made me laugh because I am SO right there with you. I used to have a small fan next to my chair, my bed, my desk....anywhere that I was in one place for any length of time. I used to wonder why I bothered to do my hair because I would always sweat and ruin it anyway. Now at 76 degree's, I'm putting a sweatshirt on too......it is crazy!
I am thinking my iron may be going a little low again. I have been really bad about taking my vitamin lately, maybe 2 x per week. Usually the being cold is directly correlated to how anemic I am or if my levels are normal. Off to take a vitamin now while I am thinking about it!
