Just for what it may be worth to you, my last 11 pounds took 2 months to come off. I had to really go hard core to lose those last 11 pounds.

Also, don't think of your stops along the way as stalls. It's just your body's way of taking a deep breath before getting rid of the next pound or two. I did that every week the last 8 weeks. You'll get there. Just stay the path. (I'm not a big fan of "switching it up")

Yeah, me neither.  I'm a "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" person.  What did you do to go really hard core?  I honestly don't think there's much I can do but be patient.  I work out hard at least five days a week, I eat about 650 calories some times less on rest days, usually under 20g carbs, more than 80g protein.  Any helpful hints for those last 11 pounds?  I'm happy just staying the course.  I feel so much better about myself than I have in years, so I'm going to dwell on that ;)

What you are doing food wise sound absolutely great. As for working out..... what is hard? I don't consider what I do as working out hard. It is intense during the time I am doing it, but I don't think I burn much over 400-500 calories in my workouts. This is what I did and do still

MWF- HIIT weight training for about 30-40 minutes followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical (usually 2.9-3.0 miles)

T TH - I hour Interval training cardio. I keep my HR at about 140 BPM during the entire time - after a 5 minute warm up. I'm usually get between 5.5 and 6.0 miles out in an hour.

For me it's just not realistic to try to do more. I won't be able to sustain it over the long haul. I have come to believe that I need to be able to maintain whatever exercise I do over the long haul to make this work for me. My health is good and that truly is the bottom line. Looking good is just that little (Okay, HUGE) added perk!

I don't wear a HRM, so I have no idea what I burn.  I'm currently doing kickboxing, kettlebells & running.  I count them as hard bc they are intense for me. I'm no athlete, but I always give it my all :)  I honestly cannot do more than that bc there's no way my current calories will sustain it and I'm a full time working mama, so that's what it's going to be.  I will be patient (sort of)  :)  I actually do workouts bc I love them and they keep me relatively sane without needing prescription drugs  :)

You have this. Just give it some time. That's what it takes at this point.
