So, I did a kickboxing/Crossfit WOD today.  That was ******g intense (excuse the language).  I was SURROUNDED by actual MMA fighters.  I was so out of my depth, but it was awesome.  The entire class was awesome.  Soooo glad I went.  I did the entire workout even though just the warm up was exhausting.  I'm super duper proud of myself.  What a great way to start the week!

Just a boring 30 minute walk on the treadmill today for this girl.  Tomorrow is my 6-wk appt with the surgeon and he's supposed to release me so I can do some real exercise!   Been itching to work with the kettlebell and the pilates machine.

No swimming today because it is raining like caaaaraaaaazy!  And I woke up too late to hop on the treadmill this morning.  Soooo I headed to the abandoned part of the building and did a 2 mile walk (with the ghosts!) at lunch in 30 min.  It was enough to work up a good sweat and burn some calories.
