Just found out the hubby works tonight so that blows out my planned walk with him. Bummer. Still will probably go if the rain holds off.

Full body workout for 40 minutes ( 4 sets Leg press, calf press, 5 sets of ab stuff all mixed up; 3 sets each bench dumb bell rows, wide cable rows, wide cable chest press, wide cable incline press) followed by 3 miles in 35 minutes on the elliptical.
