I'm proud of you! Thank you so much! I come from a long line of fighters; it's just sometimes easy to forget that fighting for yourself is just as important as fighting for someone else. Maybe more so

I am sorry the plastic surgeon made you feel bad but I say **** HIM! You have done outstanding. I so can relate the feelings of shame! It's actually what I talked about in therapy yesterday. How ashamed I feel about getting so big that I needed to have the WLS... but you know right.. you're right.. we need to be done with that. We are strong, brave and courageous.
