Kickboxing! Complete with bruised knuckles (I should have wrapped my hands) and one skinned finger. I'm a bruiser, what can I say?
Pool time after work tonight!
My normal workout - a 5 mile run and 1 hour of weight training.
I am going to do a 12mile bike ride, should be about an hour long. TGIF!
Rest day...
40 minutes of weight training followed by a one hour step aerobics class.
