My normal weight workout was cancelled today. But I am still getting two in today.

Workout #1 Orange Theory in 30 mins.

Workout #2 Later Today Abs, Abs, Abs not sure exactly what yet, going to find a routine I like on bodybuilding.com or YouTube and give it a try.

 

Change it up baby, that's how to burn off the fat.

Ew, lol!

Today I am going to walk for 25 minutes at lunch (we have 1/2 hour lunches during the summer) and tonight I am going to do something at home, not the gym.  I'm thinking about riding my bike, but if not then a long walk.

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

Back on track!  Feeling much better today after a great workout last night.  Killed my shoulders!

Today is tricky.   I have to take dad to a DR appt at the end of the day.  He wants me to stay for dinner but I really need to not eat there and go to the gym. 

Plan - 60 mins cardio.

      

Starting W: 320  Surgery W (9/12/13): 279.8.

This cracked me up.  It sounds so suggestive :)  Yes, both hubs and I are very into spice & heat.  Hubs even more so than me.  He's the idiot he eats ghost pepper stuff just so he can say he ate it.  I'd love to know the site

The featured product this week is awesome - Ring of Fire hot sauce. I have a bottle that I use all the time! They also have a bacon jalapeno sauce that is sweet with just a tinge of hot that is pretty awesome! Enjoy.

And if hot and spicy gets your mind going to the suggestive place, you need some quality time with the hubs! LOL!!!!
