Well, your posts make me feel almost lazy....! A friend and I are going out for a 4.5 mile walk. We do that most days after work. Not only do we get exercise (we certainly don't stroll...!!), but we get to talk. It's like our personal therapy sessions, too!
I was released on Friday to full exercise and weights. I did my kettlebell routine today for 25 minutes. Kicked...my....ass! Whew - plan to do it 3 days a week with cardio the other 4, at least in the mornings. In the evenings I'm going to focus on Pilates and yoga.
I did a 15 minute walking warm up....followed by a 4.5 mile run (in 43:34 woohoo!) and then 140 squats...and yes I know it's better to do squats first, but I really wanted to do a time check to see where I'm at, and I knew for darn sure I would not be doing optimal running after 140 squats :)
