What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Monday!
Hello my name is marissa and I am addicted to excuses...LOL. That sounds like a plan. I was busy yesterday - hey at least I didnt sit on my ass. I did go to dinner too, OUTBACK OMG YUM. Ordered ribs from the kids menu- side of green beans plain. I had 2 chicken wings and boom done. Hold the delicious french fries loaded with cheese and bacon please. Oh yes, I ignored that giant plate my brother ate while sitting next to me.
Ok that sounds like something to try. Different than my work out viedo and walking. (when the humidity isnt deathly). My upper body is jello weak but hey, why not start to work on it more. THANK YOU.
I had a disastrous weekend. I let my emotions get the best of me and went totally off plan. It was our first holiday with out my mom. :(
Today is a new day.
I have my workout tonight with my PT. Planning on upper body and then some cardio. Need to flush the evil from my system!
I am only 6 1/2 lbs away from qualifying for surgery! I WILL HAVE A GREAT WEEK!
My butt is going to the gym after work (my bag is already in the car!)
I will be doing kettlebells, squats & lunges, kicks on the bag, push ups, sit ups, bicep work with hand weights. Then I will walk/run after. I had tons of great walking/biking workouts all weekend, but need to get some weights in!
Yesterday, I finally got on my bike my hubby bought me. It's a beautiful Huffy with an old look (no speeds) and a big butt seat. I LOVED IT! Went around and around the block with my gbabies. It's a start!
