5 days post-op, so not much of a work out, but I took a little over a half mile walk!

And burned some fat doing it. That is truly one of the best ways to burn fat, walking 30-60 mins a day.

I think I am just going to have one workout today.

Legs, Back and Biceps!

I am doing some research today, will have a few new exercises to talk about soon.

My workout today is arms....lifting my dose up of water to my mouth every 10 minutes. :)  That plus walking around our condo.

Just got home from the hospital yesterday after Monday's surgery so not a lot of physical activity right now.  but there will be.  SOON.

Walk, walk, walk, and then walk some more. Best thing for immediately post op. It will tire you out, but honestly one of the best things for healing quickly, plus the only way to rid yourself of any residual gas from surgery. And a great way to burn fat.

25 minute walk at lunch then Aqua Zumba tonight!!

The exercise you told me about the other day, and probably a small hike with a friend if this rain holds off. Bazinga. Oh and some hand weights when I get home tonight while I sit in my room before I go to sleep. Why not work on the arms while watching tv. Maybe I will do it in a squat position!
