The path may look straight to us when our doctors told us all you have to do is follow my eating plan and let me tear your stomach out. But those of use who are more than a few days post op know that this is what our path really ends up being. We experiment, we make mistakes, we throw in the towel, life happens, or whatever else may come our way next that hasn't happened yet.

What I do know is that it is possible to get there. I know that it is not easy. I know that it takes a lot of hard work. I know that it takes dedication. I know that it takes perseverance and it takes forgiveness. But I do know its possible.

For those of you who have gotten off track, or were successful but maybe have fallen back into old ways. You don't need my help. I need yours. But this is the map from where ever you are now to success.
