What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Wednesday!
Last night, I had the blessing of sharing the GYM with my daughter in law, it was a riot! I did my personal trainer routine, i did leg presses and abductions at 190lbs; then, the pull ups 3 sets of 15 assisted with weights. and I jog and ran for 1.5 miles. I usually do 3 miles, but i changed a little aND, thanks to your inspiration, 6 sets of 15 squats with a 10lb bar, we were working it, Oh Yes!
