What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Monday!
Need to get at it today. I had a very non-productive exercise weekend, taking care of dad. I did notice that I was starting to bounce off the walls with energy and felt pretty darn good. I was having a hard time sitting around!
I have my workout tonight with my personal trainer. We are doing lower body. I am looking forward to it!
back from vacation and time to get serious.

I think treadmill tonight (have to take my kiddie to the photog to talk about senior pix tonight...yikes!).
Tomorrow....back to the gym, woot woot! I exercised like a maniac on my vaca, but the only upper body workouts I had were kayaking for an hour one day & swimming in the ocean one day. I'm looking forward to punching, kicking & lifting weights lol!
I just wanted to post what my WOD was after the kickboxing portion of my workout. I did 1000m on the rowing machine, 15 bag slams with a 70lb bag, 100 4 punch/sprawls (holy hell, that was a lot of sprawling), and 100 sledges. I feel like an ANIMAL! GRRRRRRR. I did however think I might die after the sprawls :)
