Keith's gonna tell you to do weights first, walking after. I started doing that since he told me & I do like the results of my workouts better!

Really?! Oh ok awesome! I am nervous to use the machines because I have no idea how. I think once I get there I will ask them to help me and give me a tour first.

They should have someone there who can show you the machine...I LOVE my gym!  Don't be intimidated...everyone had to start out as a beginner, even the muscle heads lol!

Yes they told me last night when I come in today to have them give me a tour so I will tell the person to pleaseeeee help me lol. I dont want to use a machine incorrectly and hurt myself, or waste time doing it wrong.

It's a big butt seat bike day for sure!  I made it into Planet Fitness so I could use the treadmills and was disappointed that the "cheap" monthly amount they advertise comes with a $49 registration fee, and in October would be charged a $29 yearly fee, plus there was something else I can't remember--so, this will have to wait until I'm back to work.cheeky
