Thanks!  But once we close the pool after Labor Day I'm going to have to find a new exercise routine. So sad.

Hope she gives you "at home" excercises to do. Maybe she will agree to train you virtually through email for reduced fee until you find someone new

She built me 2 different 6 day a week workout plans.. each one to do for 3 weeks. I can do them alone at the gym and she made sure I am comfortable with all the moves!

Once I am done with those, I will email her, send her progress pics and she will build me more workouts.. for $10.    I don't plan on getting someone else for now.  I know I can do it with structured workouts built for me.  She is just so great and helped me so much in these few short weeks. I'm going to miss her!
