I know I sounds wishy washy....but not sure if I want to do gym tonight or run/walk outside.  If it's nice out I think I'm going to do outside.  I will definitely do gym tomorrow night, but it was so crappy outside here yesterday that I did my treadmill instead of outside.

I did run for 20 minutes straight on Sat though!!  I went to the park, walked for 5 min to warm up, then I told myself I was going to run for 15 minutes.  As I got closer to the 15 minutes, I realized that I could run longer if I made up my mind to do so.  So I did another 5....it felt good!  I usually hate running so much I'm only checking my phone to see when my self-allotted time is up.  This time I actually could breathe well enough to take some time to look around, notice other runners, the scenery, etc! Dear God, could I really be a RUNNER some day?!  Lol.  I finished up walking another 25 minutes, so I got in a little over 3.5 miles in 50 minutes instead of an hour (of mostly walking).  I was pretty happy with that!

Finished 2 hour hill climb "pyramid" on hotel exercise bike.

Basically interval training with intervals like this:

Warmup/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1/Cooldown

Numbers are minutes of intense output.  1-3 minutes recovery between; took 2 hours to complete.

Ouch.
