My weekend (mostly off topic, but I have photos!)
This is so true!! Everyone at some point will have that breaking point and if you keep reminding yourself over and over again you will drive yourself crazy. You wouldn't be able to move on from that and you will either keep making bad choices or you will learn that sometimes **** happens and as long as it isn't a bad choice every day but maybe once every other month you will be fine and you will continue with your success!!
BTW....YOU LOOK AMAZING!!!
Don't let this particular incident fool you. I have many, many demons and I skated through this by the skin of my teeth. I'm not sure I'm even done with this particular lesson bc the sugary carb monkeys are SCREAMING in my mind today. I accept my lack of "normalcy" surrounding food. It is what it is. It's my personality in all aspects of my life, and I can make it work in those aspects so why not with food? Everyone's journey is so different. I admire people who can do moderation. Maybe one day I will be able to as well, but I'm highly doubting it. Making carrot cake was just playing with fire, and I'm not a playing with fire kind of person :)
Lookin' good, chicka! Glad you had a great time!
