You go, girl! Walking has been, and is my best exercise friend- the one I can count on to actually show up daily, and go. We've invited a new friend in, lately, called Slogging, (more than fast wAlking but not really jogging) who-tho clumsy and awkward, is willing to put her effort in occasionally, too.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
On another note, I did squats yesterday morning right after waking up and actually heard my knees making these horrible sounds - like squishing up styrofoam popcorn! Ewww! I'm getting old!

Excited for my workout tonight with my PT. We are doing upper body.
As I am getting stronger, I'm getting board on the Elliptical. Last night, I did 45 hard mins on the elliptical and 15 min on the rowing machine.
My knees are feeling much better. Maybe today is the day to try the stair master!
