Kettlebells.  Reasonably certain it will include all of the above except the Stairmaster.  I don't do Stairmasters :)

6AM swim and another one after work tonight.  Only 5-6 weeks left of outdoor swim time so I've got to get it in now.  Only one gym with a pool in reasonable driving distance, but their rates are insane (even with my employer paying up to $200 toward the membership fee).

You go, girl!  Walking has been, and is my best exercise friend- the one I can count on to actually show up daily, and go.  We've invited a new friend in, lately, called Slogging, (more than fast wAlking but not really jogging) who-tho clumsy and awkward, is willing to put her effort in occasionally, too.

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

30 min jog this morning and gym for some weights, elliptical, maybe a few minutes on the stairs tonight.
On another note, I did squats yesterday morning right after waking up and actually heard my knees making these horrible sounds - like squishing up styrofoam popcorn! Ewww! I'm getting old!

Excited for my workout tonight with my PT.  We are doing upper body.

As I am getting stronger, I'm getting board on the Elliptical.  Last night, I did 45 hard mins on the elliptical and 15 min on the rowing machine.

My knees are feeling much better.  Maybe today is the day to try the stair master!

      

Starting W: 320  Surgery W (9/12/13): 279.8.
