I am nine days post-op. the one thing that has helped me a lot is wearing tight cotton tank tops, the kind that stretch. They kind of keep your belly from shaking or moving as much when you walk. I had surgery on a Thursday went home on Saturday. Slept in my moms recliner two nights and then started sleeping in my bed. My day before my diet I think I drank water and had two things of sugar free jello. I took my baby to the pool all day to keep me occupied from wanting to eat. After surgery  I chose the body fortress protein shots. They are cheaper than the sunkist ones. I drink those and chase them with fruit punch crystal light. I have yet to find a protein powder that I like so I am still drinking the protein shots. When I had tomato soup for the first time it was the most amazing tasting thing ever! Even milk tasted yummy. I struggle everyday with worries about getting my protein. My stomach has only growled once since surgery and I never feel like eating. Be prepared for the emotions that will come. It is crazy! Good luck to you!
