Mistake That Led to a Yummy Protein Shake
So I have this tub of vanilla protein powder that I am trying to finish up. I am not a huge fan of vanilla but I get tired of chocolate and its nice to have something to switch too, but this particular vanilla is not all that tasty even though it was rated very high on bodybuilding.com for taste. Anywhooo:
So I made my shake as normal, I always add a couple dashes of Saigon Cinnamon to my vanilla shakes because its a great thermogenic and it is Thermal Thursday after all! So I saw my jar of PB2 sitting there so I thought what the heck, can't make it any worse and I put a tablespoon of PB2 in with it (which only adds like 11 calories to it). It was good!
It was really really good. I have a new favorite. I am going to try it with my chocolate tomorrow, bet it tastes like a reeses cup!
