Can't wait!!!  Gonna do another kickboxing OnDemand video and then kick/punch the crap out of my bag!

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

I have been "wishing" I was strong and confident enough to join the spin class.

TODAY I AM FINALLY GOING TO DO IT!!

I am doing the spin class tonight.

Oh, that's awesome!  That's one class I still haven't done yet.  I don't know why I'm so intimidated by it!  Let us know how it goes!

I've let fear kept me from doing what I want to do. I would stand there and look in the room wanting to join the class.  This journey is about overcoming fear.  So..... no more on the outside looking in and wishing I could do this.  I am just going to do it and see what happens.  :)

Zumba this am! Love it!!

I am also intimidated by spin. My gym offers a basic gym class on Saturday mornings and I need to just bite the billet and so it. I still have my old mentality when it comes to exercise but every once in a while ill find myself looking around in Zumba and notice not only am I keeping up with the class but also doing it higher impact than most. I have a long way to go but it feels good to see how far you've come sometimes.

30 min cardio on elliptical before work

15 min leg weights before work
