What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Workout Wednesday!
Today I went to an unplanned Orange Theory class with an instructor I had never been to before. I don't know if his workout was harder or I was trying to impress someone but I burned over 650 calories in an hour and that is from a heart monitor not an estimate. I was soaked and it took me another hour to recover. So today is WORKOUT WEDNESDAY.
I don't want to hear about any damn rest days!

Fantastic. My advice to you right now would to be not to do any more cardio than walking and do some body weight exercises or lift weights and build as much muscle as you can before surgery. For one you will burn more calories afterward and its a lot easier to build muscles when you have a significant amount of body fat. You will still lose weight, trust me.
Kickboxing. The guy who runs the place told me I have nice kicks :) I can't tell you what a thrill it is to be able to work my way around the body bag thingies on my chest, sprawl on the floor then jump right up, throw myself onto my back then jump back in fighting stance without huffing and puffing from the effort of moving my body around. It's amazing to feel relatively light on my feet - I'll never be built for speed or agility, but it's ******g fantastic seeing what my body can do this thin
