Nah, he was complimenting my kicks bc they are pretty awesome :)  My legs are kind of nice, but I have no ass to speak of.

Ok, today was going to be a rest day, but I'll do at least 30 min on treadmill after work

at a 10 incline at least 3.5 mph and might squeeze in a couple minutes of jogging at 6 mph.

Jl Fusion DVD 45 mins circuit training. I just bought new sneakers for exercise. Had them professionally fitted and all. I also bought running shoes. The money I use to spend on food and eating out I now spend on workout gear and protein. I would have never have thought that a year ago. Lol.

Tabata! I'm obsessed with it right now. I have a mild eye infection so I have to wear my glasses instead of contacts, but I'm not going to let that stop me from being a sweaty mess tonight!

Treadmill intervals where I pushed myself and RAN through the intervals.  

And.. rest days are important too! One rest day a week works for me!
