What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Freaky Friday!
Doing this from my iPhone so no motivational pics today again. I did notice that I got far fewer responses without them yesterday.
Today I am in Philadelphia and have already walked 20 city blocks. I forgot how much energy you can draw from a big city. I will be walking a lot today and planning to hit the hotel gym later. Not sure what they have in there so I will plan my workout once I get in there. At a minimum I will do arms and chest and probably some body weight squats. I had a super high (off the charts) carb day yesterday so I have some new fat to burn today. Best way to handle that? Not high intensity cardio, just plain old low intensity walking.

@Rollercoaster LOVE IT!!!!! @Alana That's what's up!!!! I started training for my first 5K this week so today is running/jogging/walking etc on the treadmill. I am so addicted to working out now its crazy.. Being going hard for the last 2 months. I'm stating Karate & weight lifting classes week after next.
M-W-F running/jogging/walking 5-6 PM
T-TH Hip hop dance exercise class 6-7 PM (It ain't no joke, we sweat)
will add week after next:
T-TH 8-8:45 AM weight lifting class
T-TH 5-5:45 PM Karate class
I have been so blessed that with my 75 weight loss thus far I have been exercising hard core no sagging skin. My stomach is shrinking big time without sagging. Now I want muscle definition in my abs, arms & legs...
