was at the gym at 6 am (as usual)  for 45 mins of circuit training (a bunch of P90x moves with interval sprints across the gym)  and then ran the stairs for 15 mins (boring) but my usual Step, Sculpt and Jab aerobics class is on hiatus for a few weeks.  Pffft, as if the trainer needs a holiday....... then 15 mins weights for my arms and then 15 min stretch (I can almost get my other hand up when doing my splits but it is still very painful, well except for the time a couple of weeks ago when I was out drinking with friends and we had a "who is stretchier" contest and I was showing off....... certainly gives a girl and kind of hangover) HA HAA

My "workout" today is with the PT who will continue his quest to break up every bit of scar tissue in my achilles, and attack every possible trigger point in my hip, back and forearm until I'm sufficiently bruised and look like I was in a fist fight.  Then he'll stick my forearm with pins (dry needling -- it's like acupuncture).

Then I'll do the exercise portion of my visit.  

But I am looking forward to Salsa Friday and Water Zumba Sunday!  Just started "bariatric bootcamp" last week, and will pick that back up next week when the instructor returns.  I still have to modify many of the exercises until my PT is done tormenting and sticking pins in me!

The fun never ends!

Killed it last night in the Spin Class.  I can not believe how strong I am getting.  I continue to surprise myself.  Now I wonder why I was so afraid to join the class? I really was fit enough to do it!!    I dream of how much better I will be after surgery!

Today I get upper body with PT and then 30 mins of cardio.

First workout with a new PT, and I haven't worked out with a PT in over a year. I'm excited, nervous and pumped up!! Also I'll probably do 15 minutes of light cardio to warm up and another 15 to cool down. Unless I'm too freakin blown away by the workout :)
