Feel Like Hell
oh wow, those sound damn delicious, Keith! At least you didn't waste a taste on something you already know how it tastes, know what I mean?
I'm going to a schwank Italian restaurant for a friend's birthday this weekend...I'm thinking the $28 Burrata appetizer is going to do me in both physically and financially! lol
band to sleeve revision and loving life!
You do you, and I'll do me
The cleaner eating long term will only help us in the long run because the further we get out of surgery, all that crap doesnt always make us feel like hell. We start to tolerate it better like we did before surgery. You are doing awesome Keith. I admire your dedication to fitness, go boi!!!!

This is a great reminder, Keith. The crap food never fed by body or soul, no matter how hard I tried.

Keith - I had the same kind of realization when I went out to dinner with the hubby this weekend. In the "bad old days" I would have ordered a drink...and an appetizer...then ate my full meal (no doggie back for me)...and then dessert! Now I see the amount of food other people eat and it almost makes me physically sick to think about how much I used to eat. I just shake my head in amazement and think "my god, how did I ever do that?"
I pushed it a bit this weekend too by eating a crab rangoon before I ate my protein - BAD idea and one I won't be repeating any time soon.
Glad to hear you kept to your workout routine. You are a warrior! :-)
Well, there's weight loss mode, and there's maintenance mode. From what I understand it's much harder to eat clean again once you stop eating clean.
How many squats are you going to have to do to make up for this out of mind control experience
