Which Protein and When

Thanks, I think I'm going to give them a try because I'm really not having an easy time with the taste of the other protein shakes I've tried.

Keep in mind that all protein powder (even the unflavored) is going to have that stale milk taste to it. If I remember correctly I was able to order samples of the Trutein and I was able to try several of their flavors. I got them from their website. You can also order samples of just about any protein poweder from Netrition.com. They cost a $1 or $2 but well worth it to not spend $30-$80 on a tub that you can't finish. In my first month I ordered as many samples as I could and it took me about a month or 2 to get through them all.
