VSG on 10/26/12

I twisted my ankle at boot camp Monday morning, have been laying low the past few days. Luckily nothing major--swole up and bruised but fairly minor.

Leaving in a hour to see my trainer. After essentially a week of not working out with any kind of vigorousness, I'm ready.
