I think by now you all know how I feel about squats. I just started watching this guy, not my favorite speaker, but the information in his videos is pretty good, so you may see me post more good stuff from him.

that exercise is good because it makes you back stronger 2, as well as the rear.

Interesting.  I do so many ******g squats, at least that makes me feel better about them ;)  I do have a tremendous amount of flexibility and my box jumps are getting higher.  Nice fringe benefits
