Cinnamon Protein Swirl Bread
I made this last night. I swapped out 1/3 of the oat flour for flax meal and I added in a bit more protein powder, but this was pretty good. I can only eat a small piece so the macros on this for what I can eat are even less than what she describes. It was pretty easy to make. I did not have any xylitol so I used truvia and some erithritol instead. It is very tasty and very satisfying. I used a lot more cinnamon than the recipe called for because its a great metabolism booster/fat burner.
