36F or 40F????
I asked after the fact because I was worried that I was doing something wrong since it was pretty obvious I could out eat most sleevers at the same point. Turns out he had lost the 36f bougie that day and used a larger size as a result- can't remember now exactly but 40 or 44 I think. At first I was upset because I had read repeatedly on this site that those with a larger sleeve will probably not do very well. Then I realized that it was the sleeve that I had and to just make the most of it. Then a few days later I realized that I never experienced any of the side effects that the smaller sleeves are more prone too (acid, foamies, etc) and decided that I was super happy about that. A few months later realized how much I appreciated being able to eat a small normal meal and not look so awkward when eating with coworkers and still really appreciate that.
I had no difficulty at all making it to goal even with my larger sleeve and carbs. :) But... I also consistently (not perfect) ate very well and exercised.
edit- forgot to mention that I am loosely sewn too-
