Stretching Resources
Several People asked for this so here are a few resources. I wanted to clear something up. I realize it sounds like I said not to stretch before exercise, I should have do not stretch without warming up. So you can do these stretches after a 5 minute warm up. I prefer my stretches after exercising, but if you really want to do them before, please make sure to do a good 5 minute warm up first.
