What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Whatever You Gotta Do Wednesday!
I do a 5 min warm up
Then I do 6 repitions of the following:
3 min jog
1 min run
1 min walk
Then a 5 min cool down.
I burn about 400 cals right now at the speeds I can go. I increase my speed every week or so.
Today, tomorrow, and Friday I have a 13hr work day. No gym for me. When I go for potty breaks at work I take the long way, I will randomly do a few squats while working since my jobs are desk jobs. When I go home tonight if I am not too tired I will do hand weights for a bit before I go to bed. Yay for money, boo for lack of Gym!
Yup! I don't get these all the time- especially 3 in a row. But my 2nd job finally has hours for work so I had to jump on it, money is getting too tight. But saturday even though I work at 10am I will go to the gym at 730! And also go Sunday. Next week I only do 2 13hr days then after that we dont have hours. I still try to do what I can even with my long days.
