Some Very Promising Vitamins
So based on the research I did on B vitamins the other night I decided that the vitamins I am getting from Walgreens and/or CVS are just not cutting it. So I started looking for a good replacement that fit a couple of criteria. Low cost, available at one of the two places I previously mentioned and very complete.
So this particular product is not available at Walgreens but it is at a nearby Vitamin Shoppe, but this particular Brand called Rainbow Light has some very good multi-vitamins. So if you are bit farther out and have been swallowing pills you may want to consider this brand, the nutritional facts on the look really good.
I am particularly interested in this product:

HI Keith...
I just noticed your weight loss. CONGRATULATIONS! That is amazing and you must look spectacular. Don't go back.
I have alot of vits I take for my txp plus adding more with the vsg. I bought them from Building Blocks and also Vitamin Shoppe....Personally, I don't like taking all these vitamins nor additional vit and especially the chewables and one pill is like a horse pill. I can't believe that BB would sell this huge pill when someone has a small stomach I would say make a smaller pill.
Anyway, I don't want my pills and will give them away but I don't drive. Also, I don't want to send them thru the mail. I have anti-ox, coq10, calcium+D, multi-band vits. Apparently I bought the wrong kind! Potassium...I just went back to my vits I've been taking for years, Citracal+D, cvs multi vit. I realize the vits have higher % of a particular nutrient.
Email if you would like these vits....They are free....not old. The Calcium I bought 3 bottles. 2 not opened -1 is..All the rest are opened.....do you have a secure way I can put my addy on?
Let me know. I am going to call my doc. tomorrow and see if he is interested...I am sure he would be but not the opened ones....
