One month Post-Op

VSG on 07/25/13

Today is my official one month post-op. high weight was 302lbs. Surgery weight was 286lbs. Today I weigh 262lbs! For a total of 40lbs loss 24 since surgery! Pretty excited about my numbers... Gotta keep them up! My first goal is to be under 250lbs. I have not been under 250lbs in 10 years!

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
