Increasing Every minute on the minute for 15 min. Power Cleans (60%)
(Each minute increase number of reps by 1 until you cannot complete the required number for that minute.)
Workout #2 @ 8am
10 Handstand Push Ups
15 Deadlifts (250 lbs)
25 Box Jumps (30in)
50 Pull-ups
100 Wall Balls (20lbs)
800 Jump Ropes
