I was so busy loading you guys up with exercises, I forgot to post my workout! Today I am doing legs/back/biceps so its:

Squats

Leg Extensions

Lat PullDown

Calf Raises

Seated Row

Barbell Curl

Dumbbell Curl

Tomorrow is Orange Theory!!!!!!!!!

well I finally did it I walked lapse around those just sitting on the couch (lol) in all seriousness I'm a Walker I walk 3 miles a day but today I walked three and a half miles and boy did that little bit extra feel good .

Workout #1
@ 6am:

Increasing Every minute on the minute for 15 min. Power Cleans (60%)

(Each minute increase number of reps by 1 until you cannot complete the required number for that minute.)

Workout #2 @ 8am

10 Handstand Push Ups
15 Deadlifts (250 lbs)
25 Box Jumps (30in)
50 Pull-ups
100 Wall Balls (20lbs)
800 Jump Ropes
