What's Your Workout Today VSGers? New New Sunday!
New New Sunday and I am challenging you to do something new today. We have a tendency to do the same routines over and over again because they become comfortable and we get good at them. The problem is that our body gets used to it. So whatever you were going to do today, Don't. Try something new. If you can't think of something, hit me up I will come up with something for you.

Not sure what your fitness level is, but if you are just starting out, you may want to build up to it with some Jillian Michaels or ome workouts from Fitness Blender on YouTube. Insanity is very intense. The people I know who do it are actually quite fit. That being said, I think it's a great program.
Maria, do you have a Beach Body Coach to buy the insanity from? They are the company that sells it. If not I'd love to be your coach. They also have a new program Focus T-25, from the same trainer Shawn T. It's an intensive 25 min. program. A lot of people who did insanity like it because its similar but compacted into 25 min. It also has a modifier for those people who can't do as much cardio & jumping. It's great for those starting. It's on sale the remainder of the month. Let me know if I can help you.
